SHIPPERS AUTHORIZATION & SIGNATURE : I/We agree that INEXAERGO Services Pvt. Ltd. to clear my/our shipment from customs. I/We agree to pay all charges if the recipient or third party does not pay. Liability for any loss is maximum 1000 INR or invoice value whichever is less but we do not cover any liability for damage or fragile goods. I/We understand that INEXAERGO Services Pvt. Ltd. DOES NOT TRANSPORT CASH. We further declare that these goods do not contain any Hazardous Commodity as per current addition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations Manual or any commodity that is restricted for carriage as per Indian Custom Rules and Regulations. We also confirm that all these packages are subjected to 100% physical check at the time of acceptance. We are not liable for delayed shipments. If you wish to submit a claim for a loss, the shipper must submit the claim in writing. Your claim must be received within 30 days from the date that we accept your shipment.
