Cancellation & Refund Policy

At INEXAERGO Courier & Delivery Services, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience. If you wish to cancel your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@inexaergo.com.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before pickup.
Once the shipment is picked up, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid shipments will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Partial refunds may be applicable if part of the service was availed.
